Giorna is a distant star system from which the Spectrobe Master Aldous hails.
Many years ago, the inhabitants of the planet Nox, having lost their planet to the Krawl, had fled the Hakaba system, finding refuge in the Giorna system. Taking the Dynalium with them. However, the Krawl located the Giorna system and ultimately destroyed it prior to the events of Spectrobes.
It is discovered that Aldous had used a spaceship to try and locate the Spectrobes to save Giorna from the Krawl, but ended up crashing on Daichi, in the Nanairo system, making him the only known survivor of the Krawl's attack on the Giorna star system. However, Jeena has since speculated that other inhabitants of Giorna may have survived, finding other star systems to inhabit.
