A Titanium Mineral being excavated in Spectrobes.
In Spectrobes, there are 44 Mineral types. 20 Cubes are counted as minerals in the Prizmod menu, bringing the total count in the Case at 64 minerals. Excluding cubes, all Minerals can be fed to a Spectrobe to alter its HP, ATK and DEF stats. However not all Minerals increase the amount of Minergy for each stat; some can reduce the stat, some do not alter it at all, and some trade stat boosts (more HP for less ATK for instance). Other Minerals allow changing a Spectrobe's Custom Color or allow Evolution to take place.
Description[]
Minerals come in three basic shapes:
- Pyramids, which boost the ATK stat,
- Rectangular Prisms, which boost the DEF stat
- Crescent, which boost the HP stat
Furthermore, standard Minerals come in five different colors, indicating a grade level:
- Yellow (C-rank), which boosts the stat by 8 Minergy units
- Green (B-rank), which boosts the stat by 16 Minergy units
- Pink (A-rank), which boosts the stat by 24 Minergy units
- Purple (A+ rank), which boosts the stat by 32 Minergy units
- Black, which reduces a stat by 8 or 16 Minergy units
Some Minerals appear to be two or three more common Minerals connected together. Normally, these Minerals have the same stats as their components would, although combinations with Black minerals have increased effects and drawbacks. There are also special Minerals that do not follow these rules.

Trivia[]
- The models for the Titanium, Uranium, and Chrome Minerals were repurposed and retextured in Spectrobes: Beyond the Portals to serve as the S-rank Minerals for Coronium, Aurorium, and Flashium.
- All named Minerals look nothing like their real-world counterparts except for Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond.
- The Spinal Mineral may be a misspelling of Spinel, a real-world crystal with pink coloration.
- Jade and Amber Minerals appear to have had their names swapped, because their colors don’t match their respective names.
